Poor Quality Customer Service

I was shopping at a clothes shop in Macquarie Centre North Ryde & purchased a dress that had beading and sequins on it. I worn the dress to a wedding and during the church the beads were falling off everywhere.
The next day I went back to the shop with the dress and complained it was faulty as i wore it for less than an h
our and the beads were falling off all around the church. The customer service of the girls working there was very poor as they MUST by department of fair trading states any item that is faulty must be returned within 10 days.

When I went to the ice cream shop at Top ryde and asked them to make sure none of the ice cream i had ordered had no contact with nuts of any kind as i am highly allergic, so the lady went out the back got new ice cream and a new scooping spoon and did it for me. I found it good customer service because not many people would do that at a ice cream shop.
